Loop Terms Policy

1) Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Loop (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Loop. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent you have permission from a parent/guardian.

3) Your Account

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to not share your account with others.

4) Community Rules (User Conduct)

Loop is a social product. You agree not to:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, or impersonate others

  • Post hateful, obscene, illegal, or exploitative content

  • Share private/confidential information (yours or others’)

  • Spam, scam, or promote fraudulent content

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the App

  • Use Loop in a way that violates applicable laws

We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5) User Content (Posts, Photos, Messages, etc.)

You retain ownership of the content you submit (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the App (for example: showing your post in feeds, groups, or to people you choose to share with).

You represent you have the rights to post your User Content and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights.

6) Moderation

We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we may do so. We may remove or restrict content or accounts at any time to enforce these Terms or protect the community.

7) Fitness/Nutrition Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice)

Loop provides general fitness and nutrition tools and social features for informational purposes only. We are not a medical provider, and nothing in the App is medical advice.
Always consult a qualified professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have any health conditions. You use the App at your own risk.

8) Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing

Loop may offer paid subscriptions (“Premium”), including free trials.

Billing via Apple: If you subscribe through iOS, payment is processed by Apple via your Apple ID.

  • Your subscription may auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Trial periods (if offered) convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

  • You can manage/cancel subscriptions in your device’s App Store subscription settings.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. We do not control Apple’s refund decisions for iOS purchases.

We may change pricing or subscription offerings in the future as allowed by law and the platform rules.

9) Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: https://dailyedgewellness.com/loopprivacypolicy.

10) Intellectual Property

The App (including branding, design, software, and content we provide) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App except as allowed by these Terms.

11) Third-Party Services

Loop may integrate third-party services (e.g., Apple, analytics, hosting, payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party services and their policies.

12) Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we must do so to protect the App, users, or comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

13) Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

14) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAILYEDGE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DailyEdge from claims arising out of your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.
